Welcome to The Retreats Hocking Hills. By booking your stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Reservations and Payments
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. For bookings made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our small, family-run business.
- Guests may receive a full refund if the reservation is canceled in writing within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
- Cancellations made after the 48-hour window but more than 45 days before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
- The remaining 50% balance will not be charged if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days before arrival.
- Within 45 days of arrival, all payments become non-refundable.
- Should you need to cancel, we will endeavor to re-book your dates. If we successfully re-book, we will refund your payments minus a 25% cancellation fee.
Fees
Our rates vary based on seasonal demand and availability. In addition to the nightly rate, guests are responsible for a cleaning fee, booking fee, damage waiver, and applicable local taxes.
Damage Waiver
Accidents happen, and we understand they’re usually not intentional. That’s why we include a non-refundable damage waiver in all bookings. This waiver covers up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property, excluding normal wear and tear, infestation, or damage already present upon arrival.
